9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SLYMELAB WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES (INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION) ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO USE) THE SITE.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SLYMELAB'S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED US $100 (OR THE MINIMUM AMOUNT PERMITTED BY LAW, IF GREATER).

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in that case, these limitations apply to the maximum extent permitted.

Upon termination, the license granted in Section 2 ends immediately.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where SlymeLab is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law principles.
