SlymeLab Product Terms

These Product Terms apply to specific SlymeLab products, APIs, and AI features ("Product Services") and are incorporated into the applicable agreement.
1. AI Outputs and Customer Responsibility
AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for certain uses. You are responsible for evaluating outputs before relying on them, especially for high-stakes decisions.
2. Inputs, Rights, and Permissions
You represent you have rights to provide inputs (data, prompts, documents) and that your inputs do not violate privacy, IP, or confidentiality obligations.
3. Model Improvement (Default: Opt-out friendly)
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, SlymeLab may use aggregated and de-identified usage data to improve reliability, performance, and security. We will not use your confidential customer content to train shared models unless explicitly agreed in writing.
4. Trials / Beta
Beta features are provided "as is," may change or be discontinued, and are not for production use unless explicitly permitted.
5. Rate Limits / Abuse
We may apply rate limits, throttling, or suspensions to protect system integrity.
