Acceptable Use Policy

A. Disrupt, Harm, or Compromise Systems

• Interfere with, disrupt, or overload the Services (including denial-of-service behavior)
• Bypass security or authentication measures
• Probe, scan, or test vulnerabilities without written authorization
• Introduce malware (viruses, worms, trojans) or destructive code
• Use scraping/automation in a way that meaningfully degrades the Services

B. Break the Law or Violate Rights

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe intellectual property rights
• Violate privacy or publicity rights
• Collect personal data without appropriate legal basis and notice

C. Misuse, Deception, or Abuse

• Create a false identity or misrepresent affiliation
• Engage in deceptive, fraudulent, or harmful conduct
• Use the Services to harass, threaten, or intimidate others

D. Restricted Content (Enterprise/AI Context)

Unless explicitly agreed in writing, you may not submit or process:

• Highly sensitive personal data (e.g., health records, government IDs)
• Regulated data requiring special controls (unless we have a signed agreement and safeguards)
• Content that is illegal, exploitative, or violates third-party rights

Enforcement

We may investigate suspected violations, suspend access, remove content, or terminate accounts as needed to protect users, SlymeLab, and the Services.
