Event Terms & Conditions and Guidelines

These terms apply if you register for or attend SlymeLab events, workshops, webinars, or conferences ("Events").
1. Registration and Eligibility
You represent you have authority to register on behalf of your organization (if applicable). You must follow event instructions, venue rules, and applicable laws.
2. Conduct
Be respectful. Harassment, discrimination, unsafe behavior, or disruption may result in removal without refund (if paid).
3. Schedule Changes
Event agendas and speakers may change. We may modify or cancel parts of an Event at our discretion.
4. Photography and Recording
We (and authorized partners) may capture photos/video/audio. By attending, you consent to your likeness/voice being used for Event documentation and marketing.
You may not record the Event for commercial use without our written consent.
5. Tickets and Payments (if paid)
Unless stated otherwise: ticket sales are final, non-refundable, and non-transferable. If we cancel and do not reschedule within a reasonable period, we may refund registration fees (exclusive of travel costs).
6. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SlymeLab is not liable for indirect or consequential damages related to Events.
